Today I’d like to do this short video to address a concern I hear from
clients: “Can I get stuck in hypnosis?” And the answer is NO.
You cannot become stuck in hypnosis. That’s something Hollywood loves
to show that doesn’t really happen. And here’s why.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I, as the hypnotist, know the
instructions, if you follow them, you put yourself into hypnosis.
You control how deeply you go into the state of hypnosis. And
more importantly, you control when you come out of the state of hypnosis.
Whenever you’re in hypnosis, you as the person being hypnotized are in total
control. And because of that, you cannot be stuck in hypnosis. you will bring
yourself out of hypnosis when you’re ready.
